1. Present Regulations are determining the range, conditions
and principles of using the Internet page under the address
of www.kontekst.eu (further away as "Service")

symbols used on the Service pages posing protected trademarks
are subject to the legal protection on the basis of the Industrial
property law act of 30 June 2000 of year (Journal of Laws
01.49.508 with amendments) and act of unfair competition
of 16 April 1993 (Journal of Laws 93.47.211 with amendments.)

Regulations according to own recognition and in the any time,
without communicating reasons, by placing changed Regulations
in the Service. Placing of new regulations will be shown
in the Service every time, but acquainting oneself with introduced
changes is the user's duty. Changes are binding from the
moment of their introduction. Using of the Service after
publishing of changed Regulations will be treated as the
user's consent to these changes. The Company is reserving
the right to the final interpretation of Regulations.
